Discovery conversation
We start by listening. Tell us about your business, the customers you serve, what sets you apart, and what you want your website to do. If you already have a website, we’ll look at it together.

The Drawing Board
Before any design begins, we map out the plan: which pages you need, what each should say, and how visitors will find their way to contacting you. You’ll see the plan and weigh in before we finalize the build.

Design & build
We design your website around your brand and write or refine the content with you. Then we finalize the build, making sure it works well across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Review & refine
You’ll review a working preview of your website and tell us what you’d like adjusted. We’ll make refinements based on your feedback, as outlined in your agreement.

Launch
Once you approve the final version, your website goes live — ready to welcome your customers.
After launch
An ongoing relationship, not a one-time handoff.
Because our websites are offered as a monthly service, our relationship continues after your site goes live.
The specific services included each month will be clearly outlined in your agreement, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
